Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. You get 3 free Mission Brief scans with no payment information required. We ask for a card only when you decide to continue.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your Command Profile, past performance records, and Mission Brief history stay on file for 90 days after cancellation so you can pick up where you left off. After 90 days, data is deleted.
Can I buy extra Mission Brief scans without upgrading?
Yes. You can purchase individual scan credits or a 10-pack at any time from your account. Scout plan gets one-scan add-ons at $8. A 10-pack is $55.
Is VetBid only for SDVOSBs?
The platform is built around SDVOSB set-aside filtering and certification-specific analysis. It works for any veteran-owned small business, but the features are designed around SDVOSB requirements specifically.
What if a Mission Brief produces a wrong result?
If a scan fails due to a technical error on our end, we restore the credit immediately. AI analysis is for decision support. We cite every disqualifier by page number and quoted text so you can verify it directly in the document.
Can I switch plans?
